We pride ourselves on transparency especially when it comes to our prices,Other than refueling the equipment on return the prices shown on our website or our promotions are the full cost you will pay for the chosen period you hire from us.
All our equipment 2.5 tonnes and under can be trailered by the hirer or delivered by us for a small fee, equipment above 2.5 tonnes must be transported by truck and varying fees will apply dependant on distance and time, contact us directly for transportation costs.
Absolutely none of our equipment is sign written as we understand our hirers want to convey a fully equipt and professional looking fleet to eyes of their customers.
We are very open to off hiring our gear in the event you are unable to work due to forces outside of your control, all we ask is that you call in to inform us and discuss your reasons and period in which you wish to off hire beforehand.
We are available all weekend by phone 6am - 10pm to receive or dispatch machinery.
At forge hire we dont believe in hours limits and want our customers to be able to get the job done without worrying about further hidden costs.
We have comprehensive drilling and rock breaking attachments to suit our full fleet of machines as well as various other important equipment commonly needed along side diggers.
If the machine or attachment doesn’t work, you don’t pay for it! We understand the carnage and setbacks a downed machine can cause, which is why we have a dedicated maintenance team ready to answer your every beck and call when you have trouble onsite. However, if the issue is caused by your use, you will be responsible for the costs.
We see cleaning fees as a hidden cost and a money grab slapped on by other hire companies to blow your budget.
Most hire outfits charge through the roof for refueling equipment some as high as $3.50 per liter, in response to this we’ve committed to the lowest price in the industry at $2.50 per liter.
No our day rate is our full rate and has no hidden costs such as insurance and road user charges.
Not as such. Please ring in if your have issues returning equipment. We have a period of grace to allow transport times etc
Yes, the hire period is for time out, not machine hours used. While the machine is out on hire we are unable to hire to anyone else so normal charges apply regardless of how much it is used.
If the machine is not able to be used due to bad weather or circumstances outside of your control, please contact the hire coordinator at Forge Hire by 9:00 am that morning (phone or text) and depending on the machine and circumstances we may arranged to have the machine off hired for that day.
In the scenario this request is declined by Forge Hire you're welcome to return the machine at your own cost, and you will not be charged for that day.
In peak season, when in shortage of machines, Forge Hire has the right to decline a request to off hire. we are flexible and like to work in with our customers - please be in touch and we will do our best for you.
Please give us a call if you find the machine isn't big enough or not doing the correct job. Especially with agricultural equipment, there are many factors that you need to check to get the right outcome. If you find within half an hour of use the machine isn't doing the job, give us a call and you can return the machine and there will be no charge.
If the machine or attachment doesn't work, you don't pay for it! We understand the carnage and seatbacks a downed machine can cause, which is why we have a dedicated maintenance team ready to your every beck and call when you trouble onsite. However, if the issue is caused by your use, you will be responsible for the cost.
